JAIKU’s work with Black Girl Fest and Glossier told the stories of 15 entrepreneurs building beauty brands that serve everyone.

We interviewed each founder and wrote their story for the 'Beyond Beauty' campaign, capturing the essence of their entrepreneurial journey — from personal motivations to pivotal moments that shaped their businesses.

Our work involved developing tailored interview frameworks for different founder groups, then spending weeks in conversation drawing out the details that make each story memorable. We were guided by our usual process of seeking the unexpected: asking the right questions, listening intently, and finding the moments that surprise, delight, and stay with you.
