Hey 👋 I’m Marianne,
founder of JAIKU

My life's work is to teach others how to do their life's work - giving them the storytelling confidence to build businesses that put people first.

I’m a brand storyteller, strategist, and award-winning photographer. My career has been shaped by a love for storytelling about real people, doing great things, and making the world a more exciting place. So I started JAIKU to help brands with soul tell memorable stories.

My work has been featured in Design Week, The Sunday Times, BBC, The Guardian, and The Telegraph. I've delivered talks and workshops for UN Women Africa, The British Library, Cockpit Arts, and the Department for Business and Trade, helping founders and teams develop clearer messaging and stronger brand positioning.

My superpower: I can spot a good story before others even see it, craft it into something compelling, and help you tell it to exactly the right people.

The name JAIKU is derived from the Yoruba translation of Sunday — Ọjọ́ Aiku.

For the Yoruba people, Ọjọ́ Aiku represents:

longevity

Sunday is a day of immortality.
It represents the lasting value we create for our clients.

peace of mind

Sunday is a day of rest.
It represents the calm you feel knowing we care about your brand as much as you do.
